Poco has accelerated its preparations for two models in the F8 series, which have been the subject of leaks for some time, and some key features of the F8 Ultra and F8 Pro have been revealed. Design images of the devices had previously surfaced. Now, the company has shared the screen sizes of these two models and some of the camera specifications of the Ultra model. Reliable sources have also confirmed all the technical details of the Ultra model.
Xiaomi F8 Pro and F8 Ultra are coming
According to Poco’s statement, the F8 Ultra will come with a 6.9-inch LTPO OLED display. The other model in the series, the F8 Pro, is expected to launch with a 6.59-inch panel.
The Ultra model will be available in two colors: Denim Blue and Black. The Denim Blue cover design utilizes third-generation nanotechnology and fiberglass, while the Black version features a glass fiber material that combines a matte texture with a glossy finish.
Regarding the camera system, the F8 Ultra will launch with a triple rear camera setup. This setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The device will also feature a 32MP selfie camera on the front.
The F8 Ultra’s hardware specifications have also been revealed. The model is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and has a 6,500mAh battery. The device supports 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
Other confirmed features include an ultrasonic fingerprint reader, a metal frame, IP69 certification, and the Android 16-based HyperOS 3 interface. The other model in the series, the F8 Pro, will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a 6,210mAh battery.
The Poco F8 series will be launched globally on November 26. Pricing has not yet been released, but the Ultra model’s positioning suggests it will be in the flagship class.
